Moulded-leg models (HEXA, CUBE, BREACH, UNO, UNO XR, BRAVO, BRAVO XR) arrive ready to use. Wooden finish leg models (CLASSIC, I CLASSIC, DELTA, AQUA, IKON) may need the legs fixed to the seat with the screws supplied. For bulk orders, assembly support may be available depending on quantity and delivery location.

This chair comes with warranty support against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse, physical damage and damage caused by improper assembly are not covered.

Wipe the seat and back with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then wipe dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents and abrasive scrubbers. Lift chairs instead of dragging them across rough floors. For wooden finish legs, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth and check the leg screws now and then.

Returns & Replacements (Damages & Manufacturing Defects) • If your chair arrives damaged during transit or has any manufacturing defects, you are fully eligible for a return and replacement. • How to request a return or replacement: 1. General Returns & Change of Mind • Because office and executive chairs are heavy, bulky furniture items, returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal comfort preference are not accepted once the product is safely delivered without defect. 4. Shipping Charges & Refund Terms • Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping, freight, and delivery fees paid at the time of order placement are strictly non-refundable. • In any approved refund scenario where shipping was charged or incurred, only the product cost will be credited back to your original payment method; initial shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
