This chair comes with warranty support against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse, physical damage, and damage caused by improper assembly are not covered. Add your exact warranty period before publishing.

Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy At Dhruv Comfort Seating, customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship are our top priorities. Please read our policy below regarding order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds. 1. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge anytime before shipment/dispatch. For orders cancelled prior to dispatch, prepaid amounts will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 2. Returns & Refunds (3-Day Policy) We offer a strict 3-day return and refund window starting from the date of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return and refund: The request must be raised within 3 days of product delivery. The chair must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and manuals. Once the returned chair is received at our facility and passes physical inspection, the refund (minus non-refundable delivery/freight costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. After 3 days of delivery, no returns or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. 3. Replacements (Transit Damages & Manufacturing Defects) If your chair arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a manufacturing defect, report it to us within 3 days of delivery. Provide your Order ID and share clear photos or a short video showing the damaged or defective component. Upon verification, our team will dispatch a replacement part or coordinate a full product replacement at zero additional shipping cost. 4. General Returns & Change of Mind Because office and ergonomic chairs are heavy, bulky furniture items, returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal comfort preference, or color mismatch are not accepted once the 3-day post-delivery window has expired or if the product has already been assembled/used. 5. Shipping Charges & Refund Deductions Non-Refundable Shipping: Initial freight and courier delivery charges paid at the time of order placement are strictly non-refundable.
